A psychological assessment is a formal evaluation conducted by a licensed psychologist to understand an individual’s cognitive, emotional, and behavioural functioning. Assessments help diagnose conditions such as ADHD, learning disabilities, anxiety, depression, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
The length of an assessment varies depending on the type and complexity. Standard assessments may take 3 to 5 hours, while comprehensive assessments can take multiple sessions over a few days.

Yes. All therapy sessions are strictly confidential. We adhere to professional ethical standards and legal privacy regulations. Information is only shared with your consent, except in cases where safety concerns arise (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others).
We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Clients are allowed three waived late cancellations, after which the full session fee will apply. Assessment clients are charged $50 per scheduled hour for missed appointments.
Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on weekends.
