Dan primarily works with clients presenting with clinical issues such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, oppositional defiant disorder, intermittent explosive disorder, and conduct disorder. He also works with clients requiring support to regulate their emotions and behaviour, improve their self-esteem, and enhance their overall well-being. Dan utilizes evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, cognitive-behavioural play therapy, and mindfulness and acceptance-based therapies. He also has experience with co-facilitating dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) groups.
